I was a little hesitant at first since it’s health-related, and I’m usually more cautious with that kind of thing online. But for what I needed, gyna.co felt private and straightforward, and it didn’t ask for any odd extra information. The emails were also normal and not spammy, which I appreciated.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because I think the privacy details could be easier to find upfront. That said, based on my experience, I felt comfortable using the site and would use it again

The website was straightforward to use, and I was able to get my order placed without much hassle. One of the pages took a little longer to load than I expected, but the payment went through just fine, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience... no complaints really

I tried it for a few weeks, really gave it a fair shot, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, maybe I just wasn’t the right fit for it, but for me it felt kind of pointless

My delivery just didn’t show up when it was supposed to, and the lack of updates made it even more frustrating. I get that delays can happen, but someone should’ve communicated clearly and taken responsibility instead of leaving me guessing

I reached out to Gyna support with what I thought was a simple health question, but the reply came late and was really vague. It felt like they skimmed over my message instead of actually reading what I was asking. When it comes to health stuff, I don’t want to risk wasting time or missing something important, so I wouldn’t trust them again.

Am I the only one who felt like this was way cheaper than expected? The material didn’t feel sturdy at all, and it ended up breaking after just a few days. i’m disappointed with what I got

I gave gyna.co a try, i’m not convinced it’s worth the cost. The service itself wasn’t terrible, but for the price point, I expected a bit more substance and overall value. Maybe it works well for other people, but for me it felt overpriced and kind of underwhelming. I don’t think I’d pay for it again.

I signed up thinking it would be simple to manage, especially since a lot of other services make the subscription stuff obvious. But here, the billing details weren’t very clear to me, and I ended up getting charged again before I even realized what was happening.
Canceling wasn’t the smoothest either. I had to click around more than I expected, and while support did eventually reply, it took longer than I would’ve liked. Compared to other platforms I’ve used, this one just felt a bit more frustrating. Not terrible, but definitely annoying.

"I feel stupid for trusting their shipping time"
I ordered from gyna.co thinking it would show up in a few days, and I feel kind of stupid for trusting that. It ended up taking way longer than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept having to check it myself. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even really need it anymore. Really frustrating experience and definitely not happy with the delivery speed.
